Mango Goji Berry Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried mango, packed
  • ¼ cup goji berries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut plus extra for rolling
  • 8 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • optional: 24-36 drops NuVita Full-Spectrum CBD Oil

Instructions

  • Place the mango and goji berries in a small bowl and cover with warm water. Allow them to soften for about 5 minutes
  • Next, drain the mango and goji berries and layout on a plate, and pat dry with a paper towel. Once dry, add to a food processor with the remaining ingredients. If you are adding NuVita CBD, also add the desired amount at this time. Process until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Place some shredded coconut on a plate. Scoop out about two tablespoons of the energy bite mixture and roll into a ball then roll in the coconut. Set aside and continue with the rest of the mixture. Place in an air safe container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to two months. Enjoy!

Notes

- One drop of NūVita CBD is equivalent to a 2.5mg serving so therefore if you want to dose 10 MG of CBD we recommend doing 4-5 drops.
