Protein Pancakes

These are hands down the easiest pancakes you will ever make! Protein Pancakes are full of you guessed it, protein! Add your favorite pancake toppings for a delicious and nutritious breakfast that will give you energy all morning long.

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 scoop protein powder (my favorite is hempseed protein from Nutiva)
  • sprinkle of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mash the very ripe banana in a small bowl. Next, add in two eggs, a scoop of your favorite protein powder, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Stir the ingreedients together until well mixed.
  • Next, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a touch of cooking oil to the pan. Once the pan is hot, add a ¼ cup of the pancake batter and allow to brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Continue with the remianing batter. Place thee pancakes on a plate and add your favorite pancake toppings. Enjoy!
