CBD Chamomile Golden Milk Latte

An anti-stress bedtime tonic for better sleep that's naturally sweetened with honey. The optional addition of CBD or CBN, a similar cannabinoid to CBD adds even more health benefits to this relaxing and anti-inflammatory beverage.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coconut milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp freshly grated turmeric or ½ tsp dried turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • pinch of ground cardamom
  • pinch of ground ginger
  • pinch of black pepper
  • optional: 0.5 mL Nuvita CBD or CBN oil

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients except for the CBD or CBN oil in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Once the liquid is almost to a boil, remove from the heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes
  • Place a small handheld strainer over the top of a mug and pour the liquid over top allowing the strainer to remove the tea ingredients. Add in your desired amount of Nuvita CBD or CBN, around 0.5 mL, and stir. Top with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and enjoy.
