Grain-free Pumpkin Spice Granola is full of the oh so popular pumpkin spice and is naturally sweetened with maple syrup. The recipe comes together with a few simple ingredients and in less than an hour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground cardamon
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until combined
  • Spread the granola mixture out on a parchment paper lined baking tray
  • Total baking time will take around 45 minutes. Remove the granola from the oven every 10-15 minutes and stir. This will ensure that the granola drys out evenly and becomes crunchy
  • Allow the granola to cool completely before enjoying!
