- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp ground cardamon
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ½ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until combined
Spread the granola mixture out on a parchment paper lined baking tray
Total baking time will take around 45 minutes. Remove the granola from the oven every 10-15 minutes and stir. This will ensure that the granola drys out evenly and becomes crunchy
Allow the granola to cool completely before enjoying!
