Mint "Shamrock Shake" Smoothie

A McDonald's Shamrock Shake copycat but a lot healthier! Full of refreshing mint and healthy spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup nut milk of choice I like coconut milk
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, packed
  • Large handful fresh spinach
  • Sprinkle of raw cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Comebind all ingredients in a blender and blend on high
  • This smoothie is super thick so it may take a little time to get everything smooth
  • Once smooth, pour into a glass, top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
