Mint "Shamrock Shake" Smoothie
A McDonald's Shamrock Shake copycat but a lot healthier! Full of refreshing mint and healthy spinach.

- 1 banana
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- ½ cup nut milk of choice I like coconut milk
- 1 ½ cups ice
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- Large handful fresh spinach
- Sprinkle of raw cacao nibs
Comebind all ingredients in a blender and blend on high
This smoothie is super thick so it may take a little time to get everything smooth
Once smooth, pour into a glass, top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
