Infused water

Ingredients

Blueberry-Basil:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 stem of fresh basil or 5-6 leaves
  • 32 oz cold water

Grapefruit-Lemon:

  • ¼ grapefruit, cut into slices
  • ¼ lemon, cut into slices
  • 32 oz cold water

Ginger-Peach:

  • 1 thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, cut into slices or chopped
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 32 oz cold water

Strawberry-Lime:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, cut into sliced or chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into sliced
  • 32 oz cold water

Cucumber-Mint:

  • ¼ cucumber, cut into slices
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 32 oz cold water

Instructions

  • Pick which ever recipe you are making and fill a pitcher up with 32 ounces of cold water. Add in your desired fresh vegetables, herbs and fruit and allow to sit for 15 minutes before drinking
  • The longer the water sits with the additions, the stronger the flavor will be. Store in the fridge to keep cool. Emjoy!
