Pineapple & Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie requires only a handful of ingredients. The banana, pineapple and coconut give this smoothie a tropical feel with the added health benefits of spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • Desired amount of spirulina (I use 1 tsp)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until ultra smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

Note: If you are using a regular banana and it's not frozen, you may not need the whole amount of either coconut milk or orange juice in this recipe. Try adding half the amount of each and continue adding until you reach the desired consistency.
