Chamomile Tea Latte

Cozy Chamomile Tea Latte is made with soothing chamomile tea, coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and a touch of calming NuVita CBN oil for a relaxing and warming evening drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags of chamomile tea
  • 8 oz water
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup coconut milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)
  • 0.25. mL - 1mL NuVita CBN (optional)

Instructions

  • Bring the 8 ounces of water to a boil and steep the two tea bags in the water for five minutes. This gives you an extra-strong tea.
  • While the tea is steeping, gently heat the milk and add the honey, vanilla extract, and NuVita CBN. With a handheld frother, gently froth the milk until foamy. If you do not have a handheld frother, combine all the ingredients into a blender, including the strongly brewed tea, and blend on low until frothy.
  • If you used a handheld frother, remove the tea bags from the water and discard them. Gently pour the frothed milk into the cup with the tea, give it a stir and enjoy!
