  • 4 large fresh strawberries
  • 6-8 large fresh mint leaves, torn in half
  • ½ lime, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • splash of club soda


  • Hull and chop the strawberries. Place them in a large glass with the torn mint leaves, freshly squeezed lime juice, and sweetener of choice. Gently muddle the strawberry mixture until the juices are released.
  • Next, place over the top of the strawberries then top off with club soda. Give the drink a quick stir and enjoy.
