Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly
In a pan over medium heat, add ghee or olive oil. I prefer using a cast iron skillet. Cast irons brown meat very well
Scoop ¼ cup of the sausage mixture and roll into a ball. Place in the hot pan and smash down forming a patty. Continue forming patties until all of the mixture is gone. You may need to cook two batches depending on how big your pan is
Brown the patties and then flip to brown on the other side. Each side will take about 2-3 minutes.
Serve with some root vegetable and leafy greens. Enjoy!
