Tropical Smoothie
A simple smoothie that tastes of summer! Pineapple, strawberry, coconut and banana make up the base of the smoothie with a little spicy ginger.

- 15 frozen strawberries about 2 cups
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1 small thumb sized piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup ice
Place all ingredients into a a blender and blend until smooth, about two minutes
Pour the smoothie into two glasses, garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
