How to make this recipe
- This vanilla coffee creamer recipe is so easy it only needs one step! Combine the creamy coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together in a small bowl or a pint sizeed mason jar and mix. Add to your coffee or store in an airtight container in the frigde for later.
Recipe variations
- Cinnamon: Add 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- Pumpkin Spice: Add 1-2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree. It will transform your morning coffee into a pumpkin spice latte.
- CBD oil: I love adding NuVita CBD to my morning coffee for its full body anti-inflammatory effect.
- Peppermint: Add 2-3 teaspoons of peppermint extract. I recommend starting with 2 teaspoons than add more if you want.

- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
