How to make this recipe
- Line a mini muffin tin with mini muffin papers and set aside. Place the chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl and melt in the microwave or over a double boiler. Once melted, use a spoon and pour a small amount into each mini paper, about 1 tsp. Using the spoon, work the chocolate around the muffin paper. Once they are all coated in chocolate, place the tin in the fridge and allow it to cool.
- Place the coconut butter in a small saucepan and gently heat over low heat, stirring every 30 seconds or so. Once melted, remove from the heat. Process the freeze-dried strawberries using a food processor until they turn into a fine powder. Pour them into the melted coconut butter and stir.
- Remove the chocolates from the fridge and add 1 tsp of the strawberry mixture into each cup. Next, add melted chocolate on top making sure to cover the strawberry filling. Sprinkle some chopped up freeze dried strawberries on top (optional) and then place back into the fridge for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate is hard. Enjoy!

What is coconut butter?
Also known as creamed coconut, coconut butter is the product of taking unsweetened coconut flakes and grinding them until forming a thick and creamy white paste.
Coconut butter is an excellent source of medium-chained triglycerides, or MCT's and is also vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, and autoimmune protocol (AIP) compliant.
Recipe variations
Raspberry Cream Chocolates
This recipe can easily be adapted and modified to make raspberry cream chocolates. Simply use freeze-dried raspberries in place of the freeze-dried strawberries.
Cherry Cream Chocolates
Rather than using freeze-dried strawberries, try using freeze-dried cherries in the recipe for some delicious cherry cream chocolates.
CBD Oil Infused Chocolates
CBD and these 3-ingredient strawberry chocolates are meant to be together! I love adding my favorite Nuvita CBD oil into the filling. To make CBD-infused strawberry chocolates, add your desired amount, anywhere from 0.25 mL- 1.0 mL of CBD to the coconut butter and strawberry mixture then mix well. Continue with the recipe as follows. Easy peasy and full of health benefits!
How to store leftovers
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or placed in the freezer for up to three months. If the 3-ingredient strawberry cream chocolates are being stored in the freezer, remove them from the container and allow them to thaw for about 30 minutes before enjoying.
