    Mango Goji Berry Energy Bites

    Mango Goji Berry Energy Bites are so easy to make. They are full of sweet mango and goji berry and energy-boosting hemp, cashew, and pumpkin seed. They come together in the food processor in just minutes. A simple recipe, with wholesome ingredients, that is easy to prepare, does it really get any better than that?

    How to make this recipe

    • Place the mango and goji berries in a small bowl and cover with warm water. Allow them to soften for about 5 minutes.
    • Next, drain the mango and goji berries and layout on a plate, and pat dry with a paper towel. Once dry, add them to a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Process until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is fairly smooth. Some little lumps and chunks are OK.
    • Place some shredded coconut on a plate. Scoop out about two tablespoons of the energy bite mixture and roll into a ball then roll in the coconut. Set aside and continue with the rest of the mixture. Place in an air-safe container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to two months.
    • OPTIONAL: Add in 24-36 drops of NuVita CBD oil for even more health benefits.

    Why I love CBD oil

    I first started taking CBD oil about a year and a half ago. On my first day taking it I felt like I had a load taken off my shoulders and later that night, I slept like a baby. These were the instantaneous effects. I now take it daily and have noticed that my rheumatoid arthritis pain has become more manageable with the addition of CBD in my supplement regime.

    How to store

    Place the Mango Goji Berry Energy Bites in an air-safe container in the refrigerator for up to one week or they can be stored in the freezer for up to two months. I personally like to store mine in the freezer and will remove one or two and allow them to heat up on the counter for 15 minutes before eating.

    Mango Goji Berry Energy Bites

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup dried mango, packed
    • ¼ cup goji berries
    • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut plus extra for rolling
    • 8 medjool dates, pitted
    • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
    • ½ cup raw cashews
    • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
    • optional: 24-36 drops NuVita Full-Spectrum CBD Oil

    Instructions

    • Place the mango and goji berries in a small bowl and cover with warm water. Allow them to soften for about 5 minutes
    • Next, drain the mango and goji berries and layout on a plate, and pat dry with a paper towel. Once dry, add to a food processor with the remaining ingredients. If you are adding NuVita CBD, also add the desired amount at this time. Process until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

    Notes

    - One drop of NūVita CBD is equivalent to a 2.5mg serving so therefore if you want to dose 10 MG of CBD we recommend doing 4-5 drops.
